Person seriously injured in crash near Bicester

He remains in hospital

A person has suffered serious injuries in a crash on the B4011 between Piddington and Boarstall.

It happened at around 6.15pm on Tuesday (8 December) when a black Smart car and a blue Mini were involved in a collision.

The front passenger of the Smart car was taken to hospital with serious injuries where he remains.

The driver of the Smart car and driver of the Mini were treated for minor injuries.

Investigating officer, PC Phillip Austin, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said:

"I am appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this to please come forward.

"I would ask for any motorists with dash-cams who were in the area around the time of the collision to please review any footage in case it has captured something that could assist the investigation.
