Buckinghamshire Business First’s Peer Network Programme is designed to support businesses grow and succeed.

The Programme is a new and unique approach to business support that sees leaders grouping together to help solve commonly shared problems and challenges, allowing them to get valuable support from others who are running businesses in similar conditions.

It comes following the success of the first programme last year and it will be running through to March 2022.

By completing the Peer Networks, businesses will not only learn practical solutions to overcome challenges, but recognise and act on new opportunities, build a trusted network of connections to support their businesses now and in the future; and improve their long-term personal and business performance.

Philippa Batting, Managing Director of Buckinghamshire Business First, said: “Peer Networks is a national peer-to-peer networking programme for SME leaders that want to grow and develop their organisation for future success, enabling them to make connections that go far beyond networking.”

Anna Brown from Walk This Way Podiatry discovered that getting new ideas and a different perspective from businesses working in a range of diverse sectors was really beneficial: “The businesses that were put together were brilliant in helping one another in different ways. Their experience shone through, and everyone respected each other’s time and comments. I just wanted to say thank you for your time and efforts over the programme! I have taken so much from it, both personally and professionally.”

The Networks are designed for business leaders and senior managers who want to grow and develop their organisation for future success.

It's available to any SME business that has operated for at least one year, has five or more employees, a turnover of at least £100,000 and is based in Buckinghamshire.
