Witnesses sought after pedestrian killed in Long Crendon crash
A 62-year-old man died in a collision with a van on Chilton Road
A pedestrian has died following a crash with a van in Long Crendon, Buckinghamshire.
The collision happened at around 6am yesterday (28th November) on Chilton Road.
The pedestrian, a 62-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detective Sergeant Lyndsey Blackaby, from Thames Valley Police's Roads Policing Unit, asked people who were in the area to check their dashcam footage for information that could assist investigations.
“First and foremost, my thoughts are with the loved ones of the man who tragically lost his life in this incident,” Blackaby said.
“I’m urging anyone who was in the vicinity at the time to review any dashcam footage they may have, as it could hold vital information about the collision or the moments leading up to it.

No arrests have been made in connection with the collision at this time.
