MK Dons will hold a minute's applause to show solidarity with the people of Ukraine before their match with Cheltenham Town tonight.

The club also paid its best wishes to loyal supporter Max, who's in Ukraine at the moment.

It's as Russia's invasion of Ukraine enters its 13th day.

In a statment, the club said:

"MK Dons will be holding a minute’s applause ahead of tonight’s Sky Bet League One fixture with Cheltenham Town, to show solidarity with the people of Ukraine, and all those affected by the ongoing conflict."

"Ahead of kick-off, the Club asks all supporters to join in applause and show the people they have the full support of the football family. The applause will start and end with the referee’s whistle.

"The Club would also like to send its best wishes to one its most loyal supporters, Max, who is currently in Ukraine.

"In times of adversity, Football Stands Together."
