MK Dons have been relegated to League Two as they draw 0-0 with mid-table Burton.

The Dons needed to win today to avoid the drop to the fourth tier, but their failure to get three points meant Cambridge's win sealed their fate.

Despite taking 31 shots Mark Jackson's men were unable to find the breakthrough meaning they will join Morecambe, Accrington Stanley and Forest Green in League Two next season.

In the space of a season MK Dons have gone from missing out on automatic promotion to The Championship by just one point, to suffering the drop by the same number.
