Milton Keynes man charged in Bletchley attempted murder investigation

A Milton Keynes man has been charged in connection with an attempted murder investigation in Bletchley.

Luke Weller, aged 25, (date of birth 3/8/1995) of Milton Keynes, was charged yesterday (27/5) with assisting an offender, possession of a controlled drug of class B, using a motor vehicle without insurance, and driving while disqualified.

The charges are in relation to an attempted murder investigation, which was launched following an incident on Sunday (23/5) in Aylesbury Street, Fenny Stratford, Bletchley.

Two men aged in their twenties sustained stab wounds. One has been discharged while the other remains in hospital.

Weller appeared at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court yesterday and has been bailed to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on 28 June.

A 19-year-old man from Milton Keynes was arrested on Monday (24/5) on suspicion of attempted murder. He has been released with no further action.

A 28-year-old man from Milton Keynes was arrested Sunday (23/5) on suspicion of committing an act with the intent of perverting the course of public justice. He has been released under investigation.
