Man jailed for strangulation in Stokenchurch

A man has been jailed for strangulation and assault following an incident in Stokenchurch.
20-year-old Michael Bushay, of HMP Bullingdon, has been jailed for one year and two months after a hearing on Friday at Aylesbury Crown Court.
He pleaded guilty to one count each of assault by beating and intentional strangulation at a hearing at High Wycombe Magistrates Court on 3rd May.
At around 10.30pm on May 1st this year, Bushay assaulted and strangled a woman on Mill Road. He was arrested the same day and charged two days later.
