Man injured after crash on M25

Police were called at 3.15pm to junction 18.

A man's been injured after a crash on the M25 near Watford.

Police were called at around 3.15pm to reports of a road traffic collision on M25 at junction 18 clockwise.

A red Volkswagen Polo overturned.

The driver, a man in his 20s, suffered minor injuries and is being taken to hospital as a precaution.

The Ambulance Service and Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue also attended.

Police say delays are expected whilst the incident is resolved.

An East of England Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We were called at 3.15pm to a road traffic collision on the northbound M25 near junction 18. We sent an ambulance and ambulance officer vehicle to the scene. An adult man was transported to Watford General Hospital for further treatment.”
