Man charged in connection with £150k cannabis factory

Police have charged a man with cultivating cannabis after a drugs factory was discovered in St Albans.

Klodijam Koci, aged 26, of no fixed abode, has been charged with cultivating cannabis, a class B controlled drug.

The cannabis factory has a revised estimated street value of £150,000 and was discovered last Tuesday (29 November) by CCTV operators at St Albans City and District Council.

Koci has been remanded in custody until the 3rd January.
