Man charged with attempted murder after High Wycombe assault
The woman assaulted is still in a critical condition in hospital
A man's been charged by Thames Valley Police, after an investigation into an attempted murder in High Wycombe.
A woman in her forties is still in hospital in a critical condition, after an incident on Sunday (February 18) where she was assaulted in Melbourne Road.
On Monday, (February 19), 38-year-old Darren Robertson, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of attempted murder.
He appeared at High Wycombe Magistrates Court yesterday morning, and has been remanded in custody to appear at Aylesbury Crown Court on March 19.
