Man attacked in High Wycombe

Police are appealing for witnesses.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following a grievous bodily harm incident in High Wycombe.

It is believed to happened in the vicinity of Rutland Avenue before 4.15pm yesterday (13/5).

The victim, a man in his twenties, sustained serious injuries that are thought to have been caused by a knife. He is currently in hospital receiving treatment.

There are currently no descriptions of offenders.

“We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed this incident or has information about what happened to please come forward.

“Also, we’d ask anyone in the local area who may have dash-cams or CCTV to check the footage in case it has captured something that could assist with the investigation.
