Man arrested after New Years Eve stabbing in Watford
Hertfordshire Police are searching for Ferrari-branded items of clothing which are believed to have been discarded
A man has been arrested after a stabbing in Watford on New Years Eve.
Hertfordshire Police were called to Cassiobury Park around 3:30pm on December 31st.
The man injured in the stabbing suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.
A man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH and remains in custody.
Detective Sergeant Andy Metselaar has also confirmed officer's are searching for Ferrari-branded items.
“We believe some Ferrari branded clothing, similar to the images shared, may have been discarded in the area and would ask that anyone walking in the park or in nearby Whippendell Woods looks out for these distinctive items. If anyone comes across such items they are asked not to touch them and call police immediately on 999.”
Anyone with information that is yet to have spoken with police is also asked to get in touch.
