Man arrested in connection with Tylers Green burglaries

A man has been arrested in connection with burglaries near High Wycombe.

The 43 year-old man, from Holmer Green in Buckinghamshire, was arrested yesterday (22 February) on suspicion of two counts of burglary and one count of possession of a Class A drug.

It is in relation to two separate offences that happened at 12.10am and 12.45am on Sunday (21 February) in Oaktree Close and Old Kiln Road in Tylers Green.

The man is currently in police custody.

A vehicle was stolen from a property in Oaktree Close, but nothing was stolen from the property in Old Kiln Road.

Sergeant Gareth Nicholson, of High Wycombe police station, said:

"I would like to make the local community aware that we have made an arrest in connection with these two incidents of burglary, which understandably caused concern among residents.
