A Luton Town fan has embarked on an incredible journey to cycle to 116 football grounds across the UK to raise money for charity.

Mark Crowther began his journey this week and won't finish until the 8th of May, during which time he'll be raising money for Teenage Cancer Trust, Prostate Cancer UK, and Mind.

Mark's journey will cover a total of 2,500 miles, combining his love of cycling and football to complete a challenge that will make a real difference in the lives of those affected by cancer and mental health issues.

As he makes his way from one football ground to another, Mark is raising awareness and funds for three charities that are close to his heart.

Speaking to Greatest Hits Radio, Mark explains what spurred him on: "Last season I cycled to every Luton Town away game and raised £16,000, and then I thought 'How can I better that?'.

"Someone half-joked, 'why don't you cycle to every ground in the country?' After 6 months of planning - here I am outside Middlesbrough!"

"I wanted to share the message that no one should struggle on their own, that there is help out there if you're struggling."

"In the time that I'm doing my 34 day cycle, 234 young people will be diagnosed with cancer, which is just heartbreaking."

"If I'm going through a bad day on the bike, it's nothing compared to what people are going through that need these charities."
