Emergency services were called to Dunstable Road, Luton, following reports of a stabbing near Sainsbury’s.

Bedfordshire Police confirmed they attended the scene yesterday evening (November 12), with officers and paramedics responding to the incident.

A police spokesperson said: “We are currently at the scene of an incident in Dunstable Road, Luton.

"Emergency services were called a short time ago to reports of a stabbing close to Sainsbury’s. Please seek an alternative route while the incident is dealt with.”

Police are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.

Anyone who witnessed the incident or has relevant footage is urged to contact Bedfordshire Police.
