Libby Squire's killer jailed for life
Pawel Relowicz will spend a minimum term of 27 years behind bars whilst also serving an 18 year sentence for rape.

A 26-year-old butcher who raped and murdered Hull student Libby Squire, who grew up in High Wycombe, when she was on her way home from a night out in February 2019 has today been jailed for life.
Pawel Relowicz dumped her body in the river Hull after raping her in Oak Road playing fields in the early hours of February 1 2019.
He admitted to the court that he was looking for “easy sex” on the night Libby went missing.
After 28 hours of deliberations, Pawel Relowicz was found guilty of both charges at Sheffield Crown Court on Thursday 11th February.
Sentencing, Mrs Justice Lambert said: From the moment you intercepted her... Liberty Squire did not stand a chance''.
She said: There was a significant degree of planning that night as you patrolled the student area looking for a suitable victim.''
One of the aggravating factors in the rape offence was its location - a desolate playing field in the perishing cold'', the judge said.
Mrs Justice Lambert, commenting on Relowicz's decision to put Ms Squire's dead or dying body in the tidal river, said: I have no doubt your purpose was to conceal her body and you intended and hoped her body would be washed out to sea and never found.''
It was only by chance that a fisherman found her body weeks later in the Humber Estuary, the judge said.
