People are being urged to stay away while emergency services deal with a 'large fire' at an industrial unit in Hemel Hempstead.
Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue has tweeted to say they are on the scene on Frogmore Road and are asking people to leave roads clear for emergency vehicles trying to get access.
They say they've received a large number of calls about the incident due to the amount of smoke, but reassured locals they are aware and on the scene dealing with the fire.
People living nearby are being urged to keep windows and doors closed.
