High Wycombe man jailed after 'looking in windows with his hands down his trousers'
At the time of the incident, the man was subject to a sexual risk order prohibiting him from such conduct
A High Wycombe man has been jailed for breaching a sexual risk order after looking in windows with his hands down his trousers.
Alin Constantin Faur, aged 25, of Green Street, High Wycombe, was sentenced to 26 weeks imprisonment at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on 18 June.
Faur was found guilty by the court to one count of breaching a sexual risk order/interim sexual risk order.
On 21 July last year, Faur was seen engaging in sexualised behaviour by looking in windows in the community with his hands in his trousers. At the time, Faur was subject to a sexual risk order prohibiting him from such conduct.
Investigating officer PC George Ward said: "Faur is a predatory individual and demonstrated a complete disregard for the conditions of his sexual risk order during this incident"
"Faur had already been made subject to this sexual risk order to protect the public from his sexualised behaviour"
"I am pleased he received a custodial sentence.
"Thames Valley Police will always thoroughly investigate any breaches of court orders and conditions and seek to bring offenders before the courts"
