Police searching for four men after firearm threats
Four men targeted a house on Underwood Road and made threats to the occupants whilst in possession of what appeared to be a handgun
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following an incident involving the possession of a firearm and criminal damage in High Wycombe.
At around 10.10pm on Monday (6 October), four men targeted a house on Underwood Road and made threats to the occupants whilst in possession of what appeared to be a handgun.
The offenders also smashed a window with a brick and slashed the tyres of a vehicle.
The offenders were last seen heading from Underwood Road to Bowerdean Road.
The victim did not sustain any injuries.
The first offender is described as a black man of large build, wearing a dark coloured hooded jacket, light coloured trainers and carried a handgun.
The second offender is described as wearing a black balaclava, a grey and black North Face coat, grey Nike tracksuit bottoms, a grey beanie hat and white trainers.
The third offender is described as of large build and wearing a grey hooded jumper.
The fourth offender is described as wearing dark clothing.
Lead investigating officer, Detective Inspector Phil Turner-Robson said: “I am appealing to anyone who witnessed this incident or has information that may assist us to please get in touch.
“As part of our ongoing response, we have increased patrols in the area to provide a visible policing presence and offer reassurance to the community.
“Our neighbourhood teams are actively engaging with residents to listen to concerns and ensure people feel safe.
“We remain committed to working closely with our communities to maintain public confidence and keep people safe.”
