Woman assaulted at shop in Chesham, Buckinghamshire

Thames Valley Police are hoping to find someone that may have witnessed an assault happen in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

It happened at around 6.40pm on Monday (11/3), the offender entered Premier Express on Bellingdon Road. According to reports, she racially abused staff and assaulted a woman.

The victim received a laceration to the back of her head. She attended hospital, but has since been discharged.

The offender is described as a black woman with thick brown framed glasses. She was wearing a long green trench coat, blue blouse and green tracksuit bottoms.

Investigating officer PC Jake Janes said:

“I am appealing for witnesses to this distressing assault to please come forward.
