Three teens arrested in connection to fatal stabbing in Luton

Three teenagers have been arrested in connection with a fatal stabbing in Luton yesterday evening.
The incident happened at around 7pm when officers were called to reports that three teenagers had been stabbed following an incident in Nunnery Lane.
A 16-year-old boy was taken to hospital with multiple stab wounds, but was sadly pronounced dead shortly after.
The boy has yet to be formally identified.
A second teenager was injured in the attack and is being treated at hospital for potentially life-threatening injuries. A third victim also received serious injuries, though these are not being treated as life threatening.
Three teenage boys have now been arrested on suspicion of murder in connection to the incident and remain in police custody for questioning.
Earlier yesterday at around 4pm, officers were called to reports that two people were stabbed in Sundon Park Road.
One teenager received life-threatening injuries, and a second received serious but not life-threatening injuries. Both are being treated in hospital.
One man was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder in connection to this, and currently remains in police custody for questioning.
The Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire Major Crime Unit have launched a murder investigation, and they are currently treating both incidents as connected.
