A man from Great Missenden has been issued with a Sexual Risk Order in High Wycombe.

Frank Hassard, aged 52, of Elmstree Green, was issued the order on Friday (8 January).

It is in place for three years.

The order prohibits Hassard from:

-Exposing his genitalia to any member of the public, including any child, in a public place.

-Having any contact whatsoever with any female child under the age of 16, other than contact that is inadvertent and not reasonably avoidable in the course of lawful daily life or with the permission of the child’s parent or guardian who has full knowledge of his previous offending history.

PC Abhi Bajwa, based at High Wycombe police station said:

"Sexual offences are taken incredibly seriously by Thames Valley Police.

"I am pleased that Hassard has been issued with this order to ensure a long term deterrent is in place to safeguard victims and any potential future victims.

"Thames Valley Police does not tolerate sexual offences and works tirelessly to bring offenders to justice."
