Fourth man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after High Wycombe assault

Officers have arrested a fourth man in connection with an assault in High Wycombe, where a man was stabbed.

A 26-year-old man from the High Wycombe area was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder yesterday. He remains in police custody.

Thames Valley Police were called to Tilling Crescent in Micklefield, around 4am on Saturday May 18th.

A man in his 20s was found with a stab wound and taken to hospital with serious injuries. He's in a stable condition.

Officers arrested two men, aged 29 and 32, both from High Wycombe, on Saturday on suspicion of attempted murder.

On Monday, May 20th, the force arrested a third man on suspicion of attempted murder, a 40-year-old from the High Wycombe area.

They've all been bailed until August.

A police cordon on Tilling Crescent has been lifted.
