Four seriously injured after M1 crash

Four people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after a crash on the M1 northbound between Luton and Dunstable.

National Highways says the road between junctions 10 and 11 is still closed.

It happened just after 3am this morning.

Bedfordshire Police have completed their investigation and debris clear up work is underway.

There are currently delays of 45 minutes above normal journey times.
