Police have charged a man in relation to an incident that saw a 4x4 vehicle allegedly rammed into a house using a forklift truck in Studley Green.

It happened at around 8.35pm on Saturday in Wycombe Road.

Police have said "considerable" damage was caused to the property, but no one inside was injured.

The 4x4 was left outside the property.

The man driving the forklift drove off through Booker Common, through New Road towards Handy Cross, and into the Turnpike Road area.

Officers pursued and arrested a man on Oakridge Road.

It is thought several other cars may have been damaged during that pursuit.

Graeme Stallwood, aged 39 of Chairborough Road, High Wycombe has been charged with one count each of criminal damage – recklessly endanger life, aggravated vehicle taking without consent, criminal damage, failing to provide a specimen and driving without insurance.

He was remanded in custody to appear at High Wycombe Magsitrates’ Court today (25th October).
