Firefighters are currently tackling a fire at a commercial unit on Rutland Avenue, High Wycombe. Multiple crews from High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Marlow, and Maidenhead are at the scene, supported by four fire officers.

A man is being treated by South Central Ambulance Service. Emergency services have set up a road closure and scene cordon, and road users are advised to find alternative routes.

Fire crews are using four sets of breathing apparatus, three hose reel jets, and one main jet to bring the blaze under control.

Emergency responders remain at the scene as investigations and efforts continue. A spokesperson for the fire service urged people to avoid the area. “We ask the public to follow local travel updates and give emergency teams space to work safely,” they said.

The incident is generating smoke, so anyone living or working in the area who can see or smell smoke is advised to close windows and doors.
