Two men die and two more injured in Gerrards Cross crash
Detectives say no arrests have been made
Two men have died after a car crash in Gerrards Cross yesterday morning.
A Vauxhall Astra left the A413 just before 7am yesterday and hit a tree.
A man in his 50s and a man in his 20s died at the scene, with two other passengers taken to hospital with minor injuries.
They remain there receiving treatment.
Detectives say no arrests have been made and an appeal for witnesses, information and footage has been launched.
Lead investigator Richard Thorpe, of the Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said the force are keen to speak with an unconnected driver, who might have lost control in the same area shortly after the fatal crash.
He said: “Tragically two men have lost their lives in this collision and our thoughts remain with their family at this difficult time. The family are being supported by specially trained officers.
“We are appealing for any motorists who may have dash-cam footage of this incident, and also any dash-cam footage of the road conditions at the time or around the time of the collision."
