There are already issues, and it's likely to get worse

Bucks, Beds and Herts are bracing for a blustery couple of days, as Storms Dudley and Eustice hit the region.
An amber weather warning is in place tomorrow (Friday 18th February), with the Met Office warning there is a "good chance" flying debris could result in a danger to life.
Across the South of England, wind gusts above 60mph are expected.
So far this morning (Thursday 17th February), there have already been problems with trains in the three counties.
Trains had to be evacuated last night around St Albans, after a power surge issue, and a tree falling onto an overhead cable and starting a fire.
Some of the lines between Bedford and London St. Pancras have reopened this morning, but most routes are running a reduced service all day, with delays throughout.
Chiltern Railways has had delays on all lines into London, with a fallen tree blocking the line between High Wycombe and Gerrards Cross.
At the same time, a signalling problem has blocked the Aylesbury line.
Firefighters in Hertfordshire are reporting a large number of calls about fallen trees.
But they say people should only call 999, if the tree falls onto electric cables, or anyone is trapped or injured.
High river levels have caused a flood alert to be issued in the area around Aylesbury, on the River Thame and Chalgrove Brook.
However, this is not currently expected to cause property flooding.
