Eighth person charged with murder after Aylesbury man's death
The boy will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today (21 November).
A 17 year-old boy has been charged with murder in connection with the death of Amir Shafique.
The boy, from Birmingham, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged yesterday (20 November).
He will appear at Oxford Magistrates’ Court today (21 November).
It is in connection with an incident in Lembrook Walk, Aylesbury, on 28 October, when 22 year-old Amir, from Aylesbury, died of injuries sustained following reports of a large fight.
Five men from Aylesbury and two men from Birmingham have previously been charged with murder and have been remanded in custody.
