A man has been jailed for drug supply offences in Wycombe.

Sherbarz Ayub, aged 21, of Eaton Avenue, Wycombe, was sentenced to two years and four months in prison at Reading Crown Court on Friday (3 October).

Police officers executed a warrant on Ayub’s address where they discovered Class A drugs, cash and drug paraphernalia.

Ayub was arrested on 7 March 2024 and was charged with the offences on 31 July 2024.

Investigating officer PC Usman Shafique, of the Buckinghamshire Proactive Team, said: “We do not tolerate drug supply in Wycombe, and I hope that this sentencing acts as a deterrent to other drug dealers.

“We will continue to proactively target those responsible, via both visible patrols and covert tactics, aimed at disrupting and pursuing offenders.”
