Detectives are investigating the following incidents at an address in Stanstead Abbotts which took place over the weekend.

At around 11.35pm last night (Sunday 3 September), it is reported that attempts were made to set fire to an address on Hillside Avenue.

The previous evening (Saturday 2 September), a large rock was reportedly thrown at the window of the same address.

Officers remain at the scene, with detectives from the East Herts Local Crime Unit leading the investigation and reviewing CCTV footage from the area.

“I am now appealing for anyone with information, or who may have witnessed the incidents, to please come forward. If you also saw anything happen in the area prior to this, or witnessed anyone acting suspiciously at this time, please do get in touch.
