Officers are "growing increasingly concerned" for a missing man, who was last seen in Hertfordshire on Saturday (3 July).

Viktor Vaimel, aged 41, was last seen in Rickmansworth at around 10am on Saturday.

He is described as 5ft 10in tall with short brown hair and blue eyes.

He is believed to be wearing blue jeans with a white T-shirt, white trainers and a black jacket.

Viktor is a smoker and is considered to be vulnerable.

He is said to have links to Tottenham in North London and often travels by train.

Following the recent wet conditions, police officers believe Viktor may have been seeking shelter and could be hiding in a shed or outbuilding.

Anybody who sees him is asked to call 999 straight away.

Anyone who has seen Viktor since he went missing, or has information on his whereabouts, should call the non-emergency number 101 quoting ISR 421 of 3 July.
