Man charged following attempted abduction in Chalfont St Peter
Thames Valley Police continue to investigate the incident and are urging anyone with information to come forward

A man has been charged after a woman was forcibly taken and placed into a car in Chalfont St Peter.
The incident occurred around 7.35pm on Friday, 19 July, in Market Place.
Jamie Ddin, 35, of Lovel Road, Chalfont St Peter, faces charges of kidnap, affray, and assault. Thames Valley Police are seeking specific witnesses to assist in their investigation.
The victim, a woman in her twenties, was grabbed by an offender, picked up, and placed into the front passenger seat of a dark-coloured Audi.
The vehicle was then driven towards High Street. Witnesses reported seeing the victim screaming and asking the offender to leave her alone.
Fortunately, the victim did not sustain any injuries and is now safe.
Detective Constable Sarah Lansley, the investigating officer, stated, "We are specifically appealing for members of the public who witnessed this incident to please get in touch. We would also ask anyone who may have dash-cam footage or CCTV of the incident to please come forward.
