Detectives in Three Rivers are releasing CCTV footage of a suspect as part of their ongoing investigation into a series of criminal damage and arson incidents.

Officers say all three incidents have involved the same property, off Green Lane in South Oxhey, and the most recent involved bitumen paint being thrown at the victim’s home.

You can view the CCTV footage on the constabulary’s YouTube channel (see below).

Detective Constable Steve Mason, from the Three Rivers Local Crime Unit, said: “We have reason to believe the victim is being targeted and we have carried out extensive enquiries to try and trace who is responsible, but are now at a point in our investigation where we are releasing footage of the suspect in a bid to identify them.

“We appreciate that you cannot get a clear view of their face, but perhaps you may recognise their clothing or their gait?

“If you have any information which you think may assist our enquiries, then please get in touch as a matter of urgency.”

You can email investigating officer Detective Constable Carly Fry, report information online, use web chat or call the non-emergency number 101.

Alternatively, you can stay 100% anonymous by contacting the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their untraceable online form.
