Car stolen during burglary in Aylesbury

We are being urged to make sure front doors are properly locked overnight

A car has been stolen during a burglary in Aylesbury.

Police officers have reported there was a burglary and attempted burglary at addresses in the Turnfurlong area between 4am and 5am this morning (4 February).

Offenders gained entry by forcing UPVC front doors and stole car keys from within the property, as well as a car from the drive.

Anybody who lives in the area is asked to check CCTV or doorbell footage between 3am and 5am.

Any suspicious activity should be reported to police, quoting reference 43210048030.

Thames Valley Police Aylesbury Vale is urging residents to make sure front doors are locked overnight by using the key to fully activate the deadlocks.
