Some clinics for covid vaccinations in Buckinghamshire have been cancelled, as the county braces for the worst of Storm Eunice.

A rare red weather warning has been issued by the Met Office, for strong winds, causing a 'significant danger to life'.

it means the site at the Guttmann Centre in Stoke Mandeville won't be open for appointments, and the Vaccination Van, which was scheduled to be in Gerrards Cross, is not operating.

The integrated care partnership, which includes Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, said: 'The safety of members of the public and staff at the centres is paramount. Any appointments will be rebooked and normal opening hours at the vaccination sites are expected to resume on Saturday.'
