  • 814 to Marlow Hill Schools - John Hampden Grammar School, St Michael's Catholic School and Wycombe High School
  • 815 to Royal Grammar School
  • 945 to Icknield Community College
  • 946 to Icknield Community College
  • 850 to Waddesdon School

Speaking to Greatest Hits yesterday, Bucks Council Leader Martin Tett explained they are limited in what they can do as a local authority:

"We as a council don't hold stock of petrol, have limited stock of diesel for our transport and can't give out things like passes to give out to get into petrol stations.

"What we are trying to do is send our messages asking people to work from home if possible and limit use of their cars.

"Its more complicated then covid when it comes to work now, a lot of people are considered key workers and so its really tricky to see who would be prioritised.

"The reality is because there is no shortage of petrol nationally it is just transport it, at the moment it just can't get to the stations as quickly as people are buying it.

"I expect soon the demand will match up with supply and most people will have full tanks and this will settle within a few days."

Bucks Council say they will continue to update their website on the issue.
