Appeal launched to find driver after 12-year-old injured in Hatfield crash

An appeal for witnesses, footage and information is underway after a 12-year-old was injured in a crash in Hatfield.
Hertfordshire Police are trying to find the driver involved in the collision in St Albans Road East, on December 5th.
They were called after the boy was injured and needed hospital treatment following the collision just after 5pm.
The car involved is believed to be a Toyota Yaris type vehicle.
PC Martin Field said: “We are working to identify the driver of the vehicle and are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to please come forward.
“If you were driving in the area and have a dashcam fitted or live nearby and have CCTV, please review your footage as you may have captured something that could assist with our investigation.
