A man from Bedford has been charged with rape.
It is in connection with an incident in The Spinney, Bedford, on 16 April.
Rushane Hendricks, aged 28, of Monkshill in Bedford, was charged with rape and sexual assault by penetration.
He appeared at Luton Magistrates’ Court today (14 May), where he was remanded in custody ahead of a further court appearance.
