Appeal after man robbed at knifepoint and stabbed in Luton

The victim has since been discharged from hospital

Bedfordshire Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was stabbed in Luton.

Last Tuesday (September 19) around 6:20am, a man was robbed at knife point and stabbed whilst walking from Castle Street to the A505 underpass.

He was taken to hospital with serious injuries but has since been discharged after treatment.

Police are searching for a suspect described as 5'3", white, male with light brown or strawberry blonde hair.

PC Kurt Kumar, investigating the case said: “Our thoughts are with the victim after this terrible attack. We are actively investigating this incident to bring the perpetrator to justice.
