Unused plots on Berryfields now have applications in

Plans for 170 more homes in part of Aylesbury have been drawn up.

Two unused spots on Berryfields could see the extra houses built.

They are behind Sainsbury's/where the medical centre will be built, with 52 homes planned, and then over near Aylesbury Vale Parkway, where 119 houses are proposed.

That second site is opposite the planned Roman Park, which will include green spaces, sports facilities and the village hall for Berryfields.

If given planning permission, these would be some of the last to be constructed, after well over a decade.

The original plans for the estate were submitted in the early 2000s.
