17 year old boy charged with Wendover assault
Anti-HS2 protesters stormed security team at Wendover in March
A 17 year old boy from Buckinghamshire has been charged in connection with an incident of disorder in Wendover.
The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with one count of assault by beating on the 7th of September.
It is in connection with an incident on Friday 26 March when a group of anti HS2 protesters stormed a security team working at the Wendover site. One member of the team was assaulted but was not seriously injured.
The boy is due to appear before High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
