Water levels recede, but some roads are still not passable
Drivers are urged not to venture into flood water

Water has started receding on the Somerset levels but large areas of farmland remain underwater.
One of the roads into Muchelney - the village cut off in the floods a decade ago - remains impassable through.
Since the 2013 floods, there’s been lots of investment in flood defences and there's now a raised second route to stop residents being cut off again.
While, across the levels, many roads remain clear there's a plea to drivers to not risk entering flood water after a number of people were caught out by the depth of the water.
The Environment Agency say the fields are currently being used as a reservoir, after water levels rise, and water will eventually be pumped back into the rivers and then head out to sea.
Ian Withers, from The Environment Agency, said: "The difference we had back in 2013/14 was relentless, prolonged heavy rainfall day after day after day.
"We just haven't had that (this time) and we're not worried that we're in that situation.
We. the local authorities, the Somerset Rivers Authority, have spent a lot of money on improving the infrastructure of the county in this area so that when floods do occur that business and private lives and so on can carry on pretty much unaffected."
