Targetting work vans
Officers say they all happened on Thursday 17 August between the hours of 12am and around 10pm and appear to have targeted work vans.
They’re now appealing for people living near the areas to check any CCTV or doorbell footage they may have and get in touch if they see anything of note.
Inspector Iain Farmer said: "We would appeal to anyone who has any information regarding the thefts or who may have any relevant CCTV or ring doorbell footage, to contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 0251 of 17 August. Details can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
"I would like to take this opportunity to remind members of the public to ensure that their vehicles and houses are locked and secured to prevent any opportunists from carrying out similar incidents."
