Police appeal

Officers are continuing to speak to family and friends for any additional information which could assist them in locating Frank.

Inspector Christopher Cochrane said: “The fact that Frank has not been in touch with his family is concerning and very unlike him. I would ask people to look out for Frank and if anyone has seen him or has any knowledge as to where he could be, please get in touch with us.”

Anyone with information is asked to call Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 1453 of 28 August, 2023.
