A woman has been taken to hospital after being struck by a car on an Aberdeen road on Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to Whinhill Road in Ferryhill at around 11.20am.
The woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 11.20am on Friday, 6 December, 2024, we were called to a report of a crash involving a car and a female pedestrian on Whinhill Road at Fonthill Terrace, Aberdeen.
"Emergency services attended and the woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary for treatment.
"The road is closed and enquiries are ongoing."
