Two men have been jailed for their involvement in county lines drug operations between Aberdeen and England.

Jahvid Frith, 28, and Tyrone Sealey, 24, were arrested in February last year after £10,000 worth of cocaine, heroin and cannabis was found in a flat in Marischal Court.

Multiple mobile phones used to coordinate drug supply and £2,000 in cash were also seized.

The pair were sentenced to a total of eight and a half years.

Detective Sergeant Christopher Wilson said: “Drugs cause immense damage to our communities, and today’s sentencing underlines Police Scotland’s continuing commitment to the Serious organised Crime Taskforce and the country’s Serious Organised Crime Strategy.

“This case sends a clear message that County Lines operations will not be tolerated, and we will pursue those who seek to profit from illegal activities.”

“If you have any concerns about drugs in your area, please contact Police Scotland on 101 or make a call anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
