One arrested after man found seriously injured outside block of flats

Police have arrested a man after another man was found seriously injured outside a block of flats in Aberdeen on Tuesday evening.

Emergency services descended on Rosehill Court at around 4.30pm on 27 August where a 44-year-old man was found seriously injured.

A 43-year-old man has been arrested in connection and police are continuing enquiries into the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "About 4.30pm on Tuesday, 27 August, 2024, officers were made aware of a 44-year-old man found injured outside Rosehill Court, Aberdeen.

"Emergency services attended and he was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary with serious injuries.

"A 43-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident. Enquiries are ongoing."
