Man found dead in wooded area of Aberdeen
Emergency services were called to the scene yesterday evening
A 22-year-old man has sadly been found dead in a wooded area in Aberdeen.
Police were called to the location, off South Crown Street, at around 8.45pm on Monday 10th July.
The man's next of kin is said to have been informed and his death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said:
“Around 8.45 pm on Monday, 10 July, 2023 we were called to reports of concern for a 22-year-old man at a wooded area off South Crown Street, Aberdeen. Emergency services attended, but the man had died.
His next of kin have been informed. There are no apparent suspicious circumstances, and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
