Man arrested and charged after death of Kiesha Donaghy
The 32 year-old mother was found dead at a property in Anderson Drive
A 41-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of Kiesha Donaghy in Elgin.
The mother, 32, was found dead at a property in Anderson Drive around 19:20 on Thursday November 16.
The man is expected to appear at Elgin Sheriff Court tomorrow.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
